Our Service Advisor, Leland, is always courteous and cares about the quality of service we receive. Whether it is only an oil change or a major repair, he always keeps us informed of the price, wait tim cares about the quality of service we receive. Whether it is only an oil change or a major repair, he always keeps us informed of the price, wait time, and then calls when the vehicle is ready for pickup. The communication between the service and parts department is seamless when our vehicle needed a special order part. And the rest of the Service department starting with the greeters in the lane, shuttle driver, shop foreman, service director and the technicians who repair your vehicle ALL want you to be 110% satisfied with your service experience. We feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to all of our friends and relatives. More

The service was fine, but when cashed out, I asked to speak to my McKenzie as I received a recall notice for the clutch. Apparently, it can catch fire and there is currently no remedy. Miriam cashed me o speak to my McKenzie as I received a recall notice for the clutch. Apparently, it can catch fire and there is currently no remedy. Miriam cashed me out and when I asked her, she said "I am only a cashier." That's fair. I asked her to take down my number to have McKenzie call me so I can understand what this means for me, my car and my safety. She took my name and number on a blue sticky note and advised she would have her call me. However, the next day only Miriam called me and left a message about completing the survey and to follow-up on my service. However, no follow-up on the main issue of the recall notice. That seems pretty important. Therefore, the survey received a 1-star. I am still waiting on that follow-up about the clutch recall. Thank you. More
