Our Service Advisor, Leland, is always courteous and cares about the quality of service we receive. Whether it is only an oil change or a major repair, he always keeps us informed of the price, wait tim cares about the quality of service we receive. Whether it is only an oil change or a major repair, he always keeps us informed of the price, wait time, and then calls when the vehicle is ready for pickup. The communication between the service and parts department is seamless when our vehicle needed a special order part. And the rest of the Service department starting with the greeters in the lane, shuttle driver, shop foreman, service director and the technicians who repair your vehicle ALL want you to be 110% satisfied with your service experience. We feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to all of our friends and relatives. More
Not good. Immediately after returning home I noticed an oil leak. Now I need to take another day off work to take the truck in for service Immediately after returning home I noticed an oil leak. Now I need to take another day off work to take the truck in for service More
The service was fine, but when cashed out, I asked to speak to my McKenzie as I received a recall notice for the clutch. Apparently, it can catch fire and there is currently no remedy. Miriam cashed me o speak to my McKenzie as I received a recall notice for the clutch. Apparently, it can catch fire and there is currently no remedy. Miriam cashed me out and when I asked her, she said "I am only a cashier." That's fair. I asked her to take down my number to have McKenzie call me so I can understand what this means for me, my car and my safety. She took my name and number on a blue sticky note and advised she would have her call me. However, the next day only Miriam called me and left a message about completing the survey and to follow-up on my service. However, no follow-up on the main issue of the recall notice. That seems pretty important. Therefore, the survey received a 1-star. I am still waiting on that follow-up about the clutch recall. Thank you. More
If you want your vehicle to constantly leak after it has been "repaired" take it to this service department. 3 repair attempts on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler to fix a coolant issue. At first im told that the cool been "repaired" take it to this service department. 3 repair attempts on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler to fix a coolant issue. At first im told that the coolant leak doesnt exist, takes one of their external companies to find the leak (shoutout to Sean at Jackelope, hes awesome). After they replace the water pump and 2 coolant reservoirs it still leaks! Contacted Jeep customer care to call the dealership and ask them to speak to them and now im being told by Ray the "Service Manager" that they have exhausted all options and that i should find a different dealer. I'd definitely come here if you dont want your calls returned and if you want to have to physically go to the dealership to find out whats going on with your vehicle. More
I brought in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee for Safety Recall R06 (Airbag ORC Replacement). The first appointment I dropped off the vehicle and received a rental, which was covered by FCA under the recall Recall R06 (Airbag ORC Replacement). The first appointment I dropped off the vehicle and received a rental, which was covered by FCA under the recall. A couple of days pass as they order parts and perform the maintenance. I return to my vehicle once they stated the Safety Recall was completed. The airbag light was still on, they couldn't tell me what DTC was associated with the light so I checked it myself. The DTC's were airbag DTC 54 and 55 (Side impact sensor internal fault). Safety Recall R06 instructs the dealership to replace impact sensors should they have any DTC's on them. R06 also states, at least twice, NOT to replace the front impact sensors, which they boasted and were proud about replacing. They stated "the tech has done hundreds of these recalls and always replaces the front sensors". I explained why I felt the recall maintenance was not completed to the tech when I picked up my vehicle. He maintained his narrative that the recall was satisfied and if I wanted them to look into it further it would be a minimum of $300.00. As weeks go by while I work with FCA customer care and the dealership service manager I am forced to drive a vehicle with faulty airbags. After several weeks and numerous phone calls and arguing I convinced the dealership to take another look at the vehicle. Upon their second look they initially maintained that the recall was satisfied and that the front sensors were replaced. I pleaded with the service manager once more to check the DTC's and review the NHTSA/FCA Safety Recall R06 instructions to replace the side impact sensors. They finally do, now the vehicles airbags are functioning and all is well. I just wonder, how many hundreds of WJ's are out there that had this maintenance done incorrectly and either don't know or didn't push hard enough to have it done correctly. How was this even able to get to this point? Shouldn't every dealership be held to the same standard of completing every single step outlined in a Safety Recall? What a frustrating endeavor. On a side note, I will admit, other than arguing that they were right when they most certainly were not, the dealership employees were very professional and civil in dealing with me. More
Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership!!!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle in march of 2017 with an extended 6 year / 100,000 mile warranty they backdated the warranty con dealership!!!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle in march of 2017 with an extended 6 year / 100,000 mile warranty they backdated the warranty contract to start in December of 2014! I paid for the 6 year / 100,000 mile warranty that expired in December of 2020! I only actaully had the warranty for 46 months or 3 years and 8 months! Complete and rip off!! The dealership stole money from us by selling us somehting they were aware we could not use as we already had the manufactuar warranty on the vehicle. They sold me something I could never use! They were paid commission off of the sale of this warranty that we could not use for the full 6 years because we did not own the vehicle from December 2014 to March 2017!!!!! More
