Service is VERY slow and have had to take it in for repair a 3rd time. Do not purchase a new model vehicle like the Grand waggoneer. What is NOT told when purchasing the vehicle is that it is almost repair a 3rd time. Do not purchase a new model vehicle like the Grand waggoneer. What is NOT told when purchasing the vehicle is that it is almost impossible to get parts for a brand-new car.......the first time we had to wait 8 months, the second time 3 weeks, and no telling how long this time. There is usually no updated communication between the service advisor and the customer. We have had to do most of the calling to get ANY update. They are nice people but the lack of timely parts and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Lesson learned...I will NEVER buy a Jeep product ever again...just not a reliable vehicle. More

I had done my homework on finding a Ram 2500 and married it to Williams and another dealer. They were very low key and not pushy. They had the truck I wanted and paid a little more than the other dealer, bu it to Williams and another dealer. They were very low key and not pushy. They had the truck I wanted and paid a little more than the other dealer, but got what I wanted. The only small issue was make ready took over two hours to get my truck ready, but no big deal to me. Cody was great and would buy another vehicle from him. All in all a good experience. More

Jacob was our service rep and was great to communicate. We have no / zero complaints about Jacob. It is somewhat inexplicable to us why the dealership did not run a diagnostic on this NEW vehicle with only 1500 miles. The vehicle was at Roger Williams eight (8) days for a battery charge. As was explained, the RAM 2500 was driven long range three days before it was "dead" (i.e., no emergency flashers, nothing) and the North Texas weather had not yet turned cold (first week in January). We hope this was an isolated occurrence. More
