The salesman, was really cool, his name was Tyler, sent me numbers and was consistent in contact, but i drove 500+ miles and the finance guy, not Tyler, acted like he couldn’t do anything for me as far as me numbers and was consistent in contact, but i drove 500+ miles and the finance guy, not Tyler, acted like he couldn’t do anything for me as far as warranty or trade-in. Out of 10 the overall experience was probably a 4. And the numbers magically changed after i already drove from southern Louisiana to past Fort Worth, Tx. More

02/26/2025, I took my 2022 ram truck there because ,the front left turning signal wasn't working, they quoted the repair in $2980. I said no.they charged me $200 anyway, for the diagnostic they said,what front left turning signal wasn't working, they quoted the repair in $2980.
