I was so beyond impressed and truly grateful that they drove all the way to Taylorville to pick up my car. Unfortunately, my work schedule doesn’t allow me to easily get my car in to be fixed. They didn’t hesitate in their offer to get my car and return it. It was done quickly and returned good as new. Their customer service has always been superb. More

August 2018 was the first time we purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The salesmen were nice to work with. After sitting for an hour and a half I was given a piece of paper and keys and told where my car was parked. I received no explanation of what had been done to my car, but I assumed everything was repaired. of paper and keys and told where my car was parked. I called and was told they didn't see any place the air was leaking from and I would need a new tire because I probably damaged the rim driving on it woth a flat tire. In order to get a new tire it was going to take 4 days and in the meantime I still have a flat tire. I also inquired if it would be covered by my extended warranty and was told I would have to contact the dealership I purchased the car from. How irritating to sit for an hour and a half, be given no information, and then find out that they did absolutely nothing. Also, I hadn't driven on the tire flat, it had been plugged and aired up and evidently the plug or something was not holding, however if I had damaged the rim and that's why the tire wasn't holding air what good would a new tire do me? I would have replace the damaged rim. Needless to say, another company could replace my tire the next morning for only $3 and some change more so I cancelled the tire order through Roger Jennings Chevrolet and I have zero intentions of ever returning to them for service of purchase of a vehicle in the future and intend to let all of my friends and family know what a bad experience I had. And, irrelevant to my service work, however I needed to use the restroom when I arrived and I held it until I left because the toilet was full of pee and toilet paper and the toilet seat had feces smeared across it. Disgusting. More
