The Service Department was great. My Drivers Seat Back Bracket broke, and so I was able to bring the car in for diagnostics. Thankfully they squeezed me in near the end of the day. They also gave me a loaner car to get to work as this was my daily driver. They diagnosed on Monday, and it was done on Wednesday. I was able to pick it up first-thing Thursday morning (I couldn't leave work an hour away in time to be there before close on Wednesday). The quote came in right at about what they estimated, and thankfully we could cash flow the repair. All in all, excellent experience with Roger Jennings Chevrolet! More
