Friendly people who you trust will give you a chance I found out very quickly that when you deal with Greg Bruckert and Ken Markezich, that you got the first team. I did not come there to buy a car beca I found out very quickly that when you deal with Greg Bruckert and Ken Markezich, that you got the first team. I did not come there to buy a car because the money Gods were not favorable. But in working with those two, I found I could make a deal and be satisfied at the same time. What a dissapointment. I came in for an oil change telling service that I did not need a tire rotation as they were going to be rotated and rebalanced where I bought them 3 I came in for an oil change telling service that I did not need a tire rotation as they were going to be rotated and rebalanced where I bought them 3 years ago on Saturday. Next up my tires were all off and my brake pads were shown to me and being in pieces, they would not have been in pieces had they not been removed. Five Hundred plus dollars later which was not planned for i could take my car and leave. It did no good to instruct the service department that I only needed an oil change. After 4 New Car purchases from this dealership, i get scammed into buying brakes. Totally uncalled for, Un Professional, and this action is totally out of character for this dealership. More

Ease and Expertise I had our Acadia in for an oil change, general inspection, and Crystal Fusion. All was done very well, and even received a car wash. Yesterday, Corbin asked if I wanted my tires rotated and balanced. I said, "I don't know - do they need it?". He and the Austin explained the value of even tire wear for tire tread longevity and the value of the ride. I purchase vehicles from Roger Jennings, Inc. because I get value for my dollars. I have all my service work performed there because they have the history of my vehicles and know me when I walk in - many people don't understand the importance of "Hi Bill, what can we do for you today?". When I leave the dealership my vehicle is spotlessly clean. More

Friendly, knowledgable service department In the past I did not have good experiences with other service departments. The service managers were often rude or inattentive, and would respond to In the past I did not have good experiences with other service departments. The service managers were often rude or inattentive, and would respond to questions as if their time was being wasted by the customers. That has not been my experience at Roger Jennings. I am always treated with respect and spoken to as a good customer. My questions are never treated as "stupid", even when I'm not sure what I'm trying to say. I feel comfortable that my car will be handled respectfully, and that the service will be performed professionally. As with all Dealership Service Departments the service managers will approach me with suggested services. The difference here is that the folks at Roger Jennings let me know which services are absolutely necessary, and which are more cosmetic, and they let me decide what I want to have done to my car. I like the people I deal with at Roger Jennings and I intend to continue going there for service. More
