Under previous management there was ALWAYS someone stopping to say hello and chat a bit or offer to show me the latest floor model. That always made me feel that I was valued as a customer. The relatively new management just doesn't get it, and I have one friend who was so miffed about the unfriendliness of the sales staff last December that he went to Litchfield to buy his new Chevy truck. Friendliness is EXTREMELY important in a small town, and this dealership definitely needs to improve. The Service department employees are always very friendly. More
