What a dissapointment. I came in for an oil change telling service that I did not need a tire rotation as they were going to be rotated and rebalanced where I bought them 3 I came in for an oil change telling service that I did not need a tire rotation as they were going to be rotated and rebalanced where I bought them 3 years ago on Saturday. Next up my tires were all off and my brake pads were shown to me and being in pieces, they would not have been in pieces had they not been removed. Five Hundred plus dollars later which was not planned for i could take my car and leave. It did no good to instruct the service department that I only needed an oil change. After 4 New Car purchases from this dealership, i get scammed into buying brakes. Totally uncalled for, Un Professional, and this action is totally out of character for this dealership. More
