Horrible service, took my vehicle in for scheduled appointment, called at 430 to find out if it was repaired only to find out they never looked at it and never called to let me know. Scheduled another appointment, called at 430 to find out if it was repaired only to find out they never looked at it and never called to let me know. Scheduled another appointment and told the service advisor the the A/C was blowing intermittently and the last time this happened it was the resister under the dash, $1,200 later went to pick up the vehicle and the air was not working. Tech told advisor that I could bring it back on Monday, took it in and found out the advisor called in sick and no one else knew anything, was told they would get it in and call later to let me know why ac wasn’t working. Day 2 and I still have not gotten a call. More
Terrible service poor communication. Gm vehicle with slipping transmission with 11,000 miles left on full GM power train warranty. Refusal to honor warranty. I took my 2012 GMC Terrain for a recall and after A half hour they call me telling me that the timing chain had to be replace an that motor had no oil. Poor customer service. Had my one year old car for over 2 weeks ..... bought 4 new rims because all 4 rims were bent. Very poor communication with the customer. Scheduled appt for a basic alignment on brand new wheels and tires. Appt for 730 a.m., reconfirmed the afternoon before, all set I was advised. Arrived at 725, paperwork, contact # etc. Left vehicle, called at 910 to check as it should have been close to done. All day fiasco, called again at 1230 and car not even pulled in yet. I said DON'T TOUCH, I am on my way. Service person said it was going in next, I said NO!! Arrived and they had put on the lift and I couldn't have my car! No choice but to wait and PAY. I would have paid someone else to not go through the major hassle they caused me. I will never to back and will share my experience. Charged, no apology, etc. One mechanic said they had others in front of me. LIE, I was there first. So a basic lack of proper communication....tell me the truth and I will either reschedule or take it elsewhere. I purchased the car there, hence why I took it there. More
LIED ABOUT SERVICE WORK COMPLETED Horrible service experience with this dealership. Very disappointed. I was having some engine issues I am by no means a mechanic but I've worked on so Horrible service experience with this dealership. Very disappointed. I was having some engine issues I am by no means a mechanic but I've worked on some of my older trucks and I know how an engine works. I was able to narrow my issue down to a couple of possibilities. I went to Roger Dean Chevy expressed my concerns and had them run the diagnostic on this particular component. The next day they called the said they ran some test, made some adjustments, checked the fluid and everything checked out and was looking good. My vehicle is still under warranty but the warranty does not cover the diagnostic. That is perfectly understandable, I bit the bullet and I paid the 120$ for the service. I picked up my truck drove it home and it was like nothing changed. Fast forward 2 weeks my vehicle is still acting funny so I took it to another Chevy dealership down south and they told me the condition of this component was absolutely horrible. They checked my fluid and told me the same thing, it was the worst they had ever seen on a vehicle still running. Finally an HONEST service department. It sucks to know that Roger Dean Chevy let me drive off knowing that they just lied to me. I work in public safety if I lie to a patient they can possibly die. It may seem a little exaggerated my example but if I'm going some where and spending 30k on a vehicle the least they can do is be straight forward with me. The shop workers get paid the same whether they fix the problem or lie about it. I'm glad I found a dealership that puts their customers first. I can't thank this gentleman enough that was completely honest with me. I will be following up with the corporate office or the owners of Roger Dean Chevy what they did was not right. As for the gentleman at the other dealership I have nothing but love and respect for him. He saved me a lot of money and headache, and he is going to make the same salary he did whether he helped me or not. More

It did turn out as figured and was a high price tag but we worked everything out as always. Been seeing Danny for a couple of years now and you will not find a friendlier or more knowledgeable employee. Thanks Danny! More
