Richard was a very knowledgeable sales consultant with a calm personality. He did not use pressure techniques, but rather, was more concerned about answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He and John did everything to make sure all the parts of the vehicle were like "new"! They went over and above for me rather than worrying about the "ole mighty buck" like the other dealerships. I feel very blessed that I was directed to Roger Dean Chevrolet, and I had these three individuals help me through this stressful journey.
