I Bought a used car and less than a week of driving the car died and left me and my wife on the side of the road. Understand there is no warranty, but called Landry our sales rep for help. They had a chance to "be human" and help but i guess it didn't make financial sense for Landry and Roger Beasley Mazda. I wish i would have went elsewhere but we live and learn. Unhappy with Sales Person, Linda The sales person, Linda, that we dealt with while looking to purchase a Volvo was not a very friendly person to deal with. The dealership SOLD a vehic The sales person, Linda, that we dealt with while looking to purchase a Volvo was not a very friendly person to deal with. The dealership SOLD a vehicle that we had indicated to Linda that we liked and which we had already given her our CC info. Linda indicated that by the time she got around to putting the vehicle on hold, it was sold. When she pulled one vehicle up for us to take a look, Linda NEVER offered for us to test drive the vehicle. When we indicated that we wanted to look at more vehicles, she said "I pulled that vehicle up because you indicated that you'll like it." Linda opened up a vehicle for us to look at, she said "well, is this the one you want?" Linda was NEVER patient with us at ALL! She never offered anything for us to drink like water, coffee, etc. . She was more worried about her commission than any thing else and that's why we took our business somewhere else. And, YES, we purchased a Volvo from another dealership where we received excellent customer service!!! More
