Brought my vehicle in for an antifreeze or transmission leak Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two quotes, one without the cost of the radiator,, and the other included the radiator. Naturally both quotes included parts , labor and fluid replacement. Since my vehicle is a 2008 , parts had to ordered and my vehicle wouldn’t be completely repaired until Monday. I was offered a loaner. My vehicle was repaired and I was able to pick it up on Monday. All indications are that it has been fixed , drives fine no indications of any leaks.The loaner made it so much easier to be without my own vehicle. More

worst experience! I took my Ford Explorer for warranty service, and after 3 days in the shop they refused to honor the warranty. A mechanich named Luis said that Ford doesn't give a xxxx about customers. They were very disrespectful, unprofesional and very rude. The lack of knowledge in these people is a big problem, I asked to talk to the manager, but never got assisted ,will be making formal complaints on monday, and I also got an open case with ford motor co. Please be aware of this place, I will never recommend it to anybody. More
