People were fine. All friendly. I had made an appointment for 7:30 AM and arrived about 10 minutes early. Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 10 minutes. All friendly. That is far too long considering that I had made an appointment with what I wanted to have completed. I told them in advance when I made the appointment that I would wait in the waiting area. Your free coffee is good but not enough for me to justify sitting for over an hour for a simple procedure. More
