Waited too long for recall part. Had to call dealership for parts arrival constantly. Was given 2 different parts included explanation. Also no complimentary car wash like other dealerships I've had work done. They could have been a bit more friendly in greeting I felt like just another number thar had to be dealt with. More

Came in for an oil change, which was completed extremely quickly. An issue with us never having transferred the warranty over from my in-laws was brought to our attention. All was wonderful until all was near complete; at that point out of the blue I was told my batter was low and would need replacing soon. He than asked if I wanted them to "pop in" a new one for $275.
