Was told the appointment would take an hour and it lasted over 2 hours. I was upset and the customer account assoc did nothing to explain what happened during my appointment. Paul was very responsive and diligent in keeping me up-to-date on the process and made sure that the transaction went smoothly. When I came to the dealership, I met Dave Roesch and he was very friendly. While my vehicle was going through its final inspection, I was able to handle the financial portion very quickly. The entire staff at Roesch Ford was very helpful in making sure that the vehicle was exactly what I wanted and that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend going to this dealership. More

The dealership itself was clean and the men’s restroom was also very clean. While waiting for my Ranger to get its oil changed, I walked the floor and the lot.
