2022 Red Explorer ST, a few items. I booked this appointment on Ford Pass App for The Works Package, I only ended up with an oil change. I recently used the towing hitch to pull a fairly heavy trailer for a 5-week work project and wanted to ensure condition of my brakes, suspension, tires were still good. Technician performed oil change and did not provide additional inspection feedback on brakes, suspension, tires. I did not receive a carwash as I was told water (something) was down. Also needed assistance with Sync 3 Navigation Update on my USB stick. Service Rep tried to assist but unsuccessful - technician did not assist, need to make another appointment. Basically I was informed this dealership is short-staffed on technicians and behind on various other things. While I am sympathetic to this, this is supposed to be my home Ford service location. We have serviced our previous Ford Explorer here in the past. Additionally, from my first service back on May 18, 2024: the oil cap was not screwed back in. It just sat on top of the engine until I opened the hood shortly after returning home - luckily it did not fall down. Also, 3 of my 4 stock Pirelli tire pressure caps were replaced with generic standard caps, which I actually prefer the original ones that came with my tires. More

As luck would have it, after picking up my vehicle and parking on the street, a neighbor hit my car and ruined my rear tire. David explained the multipoint inspection print out to me with regards to my tires. He took the time out and was very helpful. More

Randy was was good and the recall was taken care of. I was surprised about the lug nuts having to be replaced . Surprising there is not a recall for it since it sounds like a manufacturer problem.
