Larry Roesch Ford on Grand Avenue in Bensenville have always attended me with kindness & respect. My schedule is very tight and I do not schedule and always have a free moment, so I call & they always fi always attended me with kindness & respect. They even offer me a sandwich and a beverage. Great hospitality. When I called they told me a 2hour wait this past Saturday. Well Michael took very good care of me & I was out in about 45 min no more that an hour. Great Service. I was handle with care & kit gloves. I will be bringing my other vechile as well. I recommend this location highly. I have never had to come back for for done. I give them a 10 stars More

Satisfied service customer Took my SUV in for AC not blowing, and while up on the rack, the tech noticed one of the ball joints were worn out. My vehicle was under warrantee still, so they have ordered the parts and will be replacing with only the $100 deductible cost to me. My AC repair was also covered under warrantee, so only cost to me was for needed oil change that I had requested as well. Oil change was well below cost of going to Jiffy Lube AND it included a new air filter. More
