worst experience! I took my Ford Explorer for warranty service, and after 3 days in the shop they refused to honor the warranty. A mechanich named Luis said that Ford d I took my Ford Explorer for warranty service, and after 3 days in the shop they refused to honor the warranty. A mechanich named Luis said that Ford doesn't give a xxxx about customers. They were very disrespectful, unprofesional and very rude. The lack of knowledge in these people is a big problem, I asked to talk to the manager, but never got assisted ,will be making formal complaints on monday, and I also got an open case with ford motor co. Please be aware of this place, I will never recommend it to anybody. More

I never thought I would find a dealer who could hold a candle to my previous dealer but the service department Robert Waters and Jose went above and beyond the call to get my classic 2000 Lincoln Town Car back in primo running condition .At a stop light on a local highway a few days later I accelerated in a brisk fashion and it moved like one of my 5.0 Mustangs, I laughed out loud. Thanks guys for putting fun back in my ride! More

I have a 5 year old 2002 DODe Intrepid. My engine blew at 80,000 miles. I had a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty, but they would not honor it, claiming I had not maintained my vehicle properly, which is not true 80,000 miles. I had a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty, but they would not honor it, claiming I had not maintained my vehicle properly, which is not true. The employees were very rude, and even laughed at me at one point. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, especially women. The employees at this dealership treat women like they are stupid and cannot understand anything realated to automotives. I also caught several employees in lies, when I confronted them with research I had conducted about my faulty engine. Overall, I would reccomend that you save yourself future problem by steering clear of ALL Larry Roesch owned dealerships. More
Bought a car, they told me it was certified, and sign in window that said certified. less than 2 weeks after buying the car, my oil pan leaked. I bought and extended warranty and took the car back. Nick, window that said certified. less than 2 weeks after buying the car, my oil pan leaked. I bought and extended warranty and took the car back. Nick, general manager is one a**. The service shop blamed me that I ran over a rock. Next day the told me a differant story, and told me I ran over a speed bump. they refused to repair this problem, and wanted me to pay them 900.00. I took it to another dealer, they said it was possable it was stess from before I bought the car. The good dealer also found out that they sold me a car that had only 20% good breaks. They only would replace break pad, my rotors had hot spots on it and when they deglased it, the break could not grip. The sad part about this situation, the owner, Ms Roesch, is a good actress, and acts like she cares, but I can honestly tell you, this dealer cares more about there bottom line than customer saftey, and satitfaction. I am warning everyone. BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE REPAIRS. THEY DO CHEAPE WORK, AND WILL NOT BUDGE ON TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. I will never take this car back, there are many more VW dealers that card, and do very good car repair. Nothing was disclosed to me that there was problems with this car. Only 3 weeks, and already, lots of money of of my pocked, I have not even made my first car payment. Terrible dealer.. More
Had a problem with car starting. Called and received estimate od $220.00 and with $56.00 tow was $455.43 and Ignition key cylinder now defective or damaged in removal or replacement. Bill, had they repl estimate od $220.00 and with $56.00 tow was $455.43 and Ignition key cylinder now defective or damaged in removal or replacement. Bill, had they replaced the ignition key cylinder, would have been $785.00. When satisifaction call came in the day after I picked up the car I told the gal about my unpleasant experience and she stated she or the service mgr would call me the following day. No calls in a couple weeks. Sent letter and hope to get a call early nexct week to see if they will agree to some kind of monetary concession to replace the cylinder. More
