Out of all the places I went searching for a used Subaru Crosstrek, Rodman had the best quality used car. This review would have been one star, but my final wish was granted so I gave them two. I bought a used F150 with what was posted online as having 37,000mi, but when I was signing the paperwork, it turned was granted so I gave them two. I bought a used F150 with what was posted online as having 37,000mi, but when I was signing the paperwork, it turned out to be 40,000+. To rectify the mistake, I asked for floor mats and seat covers, they offered me floor mats only. The next day, I was going over the truck and noticed that I was a quart and a half low on oil and was told it had a fresh oil change before buying, when I went to go pick up my paperwork later on, I asked them to do an oil change and an oil consumption test. I was put in a rental car and told that the oil change was probably never done and they just said it was done. The following day, I got my truck and did not fuss. I would wake up the following morning to go to work and my truck doors would not shut - I had to drive to work while holding my door shut in a truck that I just paid $38k for. This was a recall on the doors and was attempted to be fixed twice on this truck already. I couldn’t put my family in a truck thinking the door could fly open one day; I asked for my old car back and thankfully received it. I'm trying to make this review as short as possible, and left out a few other negative experiences. If you are not ready to be on your toes and fight back for yourself, and spend lots of time at the dealership, I highly suggest not buying a used car from here. More

I just have to say "WOW" What service. I have a 2016 explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week my car has been there and everyday he would call me just to keep me updated on what's going on, and he set me up with a car that I could drive for the week. I have bought cars from other dealer's before, but they really don't care about you only your money. This guy has been there for years and years and it show's that he care's about the customer. Buyer BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I was asked to turn in my lease on April 3rd. Was told they needed my car back. Jim was very busy, took my key and said he’d be in touch. Well my bank account got automa in my lease on April 3rd. Was told they needed my car back. Jim was very busy, took my key and said he’d be in touch. Well my bank account got automatically withdrawn a week later for a full payment. Ford credit said Rodman should have closed it out, but they didn’t. Ford credit said I would be refunded the $639 when they closed it. Well next month I get a letter from the credit bureau that my credit is delinquent for May’s payment. The salesman Jim admitted to me in writing he made a mistake in asking for it back, he thought it was a 36 month lease. He didn’t say he would fix it, started ignoring me and refused to tell Ford credit they had my car. Lied to them, waited until June 9th and told Ford credit I returned it June 9th!!! Jordan and Marco then tried to get me to LIE and say I bought the car, but my lawyer advised against lying on a legal document. I now have a lawyer involved and it is a complete disaster. Jim will not admit that they took my car in April, keeps dodging my calls and texts. He picked up once by mistake, told me it was in managements hands and hung up on me!! These are scary people who are okay with lying! Do NOT get involved with them. This is costing me a fortune. My lawyer told me Franklin Ford is MUCH more ethical than these guys, as I’m not the first complaint he’s had against them. I hope this review helps some people buy somewhere else! You do not want this financial headache or credit disaster. More
