They were very nice and helpful. We were able to test drive the car without anyone else in the car. I cannot recommend Rodman enough. Mike Wagner is the anti-car salesman. That is not meant as much of a knock against car salesmen as it is a testament to Mike. This was my second purchase from Rodman Ford in approximately 6 weeks. The purchase of my 2010 Edge Ltd was so pleasurable, returning for my 2010 F150 Raptor was a no brainer. The entire staff at Rodman Ford treated me like family. Their facility is laid out nicely and is very clean. All of the sales staff are great. During my vists, they would chat with even though there were not my sales person. My sales person, Roman, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the products he sells and enjoys showing the features as he goes through the vehicle with you. It is nice to have a dealer that cares about the people deal with. Joseph S. The price was the only thing worth going to this dealership, they have poor customer service. Justin never returns a call, neither does Ken L. Curtis is very rude on the phone when you attempt to resolve something. I traded in and purchased a vehicle, the deal was made w/ the trade in and purchase. I drove the car home and they were registering the vehicle for me and I would pick up the next day. Before i left to 5pick up the car, Justin called to say I had to pay an additional $1500.00 due to them not noticing on my title the day before that the trade in was a reconstructed vehicle. I told him that they should have done their job the day before because the deal was made and final. He said if i don't pay the $1500 then they were not going to register my car and I would have to return the new one. I was so mad. I bargained with them so i ended up paying $1000 but only because i wanted my new car. I have since made a complaint to Ford, and Rodman. Thats when I dealt w/ Curtis. He will never win an award for Customer Service, he is so rude and kept putting me on hold. I am now planning on bringing them to small claims court to get my $1000 back. why should i have to pay more because they didn't do their job rite. A deal is a deal and the reneged on the deal. Terrible experience. More
We found the car we wanted using the Ford inventory search tool. This directed us to Rodman Ford. We then contacted them by phone by asking for a sales person. We were forwarded to Rod Semple, he was v search tool. This directed us to Rodman Ford. We then contacted them by phone by asking for a sales person. We were forwarded to Rod Semple, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the rebate and incentive programs. We were able to put the car on hold over the phone and setup an appointment to test drive the car and discuss pricing. Rod was very helpful in this process and helped us to make get the car we really wanted. Thanks to the whole Rodman team they were all professional and made purchasing our new Mustang easy. More
My experience was terrfic. Ken is a real asset to your organization - he sold me on the car. I would have liked the dealership to have more of the vehicle I was looking for (MKZ), I'm sure since it is organization - he sold me on the car. I would have liked the dealership to have more of the vehicle I was looking for (MKZ), I'm sure since it is the end of the model year, there are less available. Given the Lincoln luxury brank, I expected the dealership to be reflective and be a little more contemporary and be a little more luxurious. Ken was the biggest selling point for me. Thanks More

I have purchased other new vehilces (Chevrolet and Toyota) and my experiences with past dealerships left me feeling that purchasing a new vehilce is just not pleasant. WHen I decided that Ford was the make I wanted to purchase, I had visited Rodman to begin my research. Because of the "low pressure" (actually no pressure at all), I had returned to Rodman two more times and purchased my Edge on the 3rd visit. I really enjoyed working with the sales team.
