I was introduced to Sean, who was very friendly and knowledgable. I should have been in and out in 90 minutes, but there was confusion over how to print paperwork, get autocheck, etc. The Finance Mgr. was covering or maybe is permanent, either way he was very unfamiliar with that location's system. I was there almost four hours. I liked everyone I met, it seems they have a new management team, so I'll chalk it up to growing pains. I'd recommend them to a friend based on the quality of vehicle and value, the most important concerns to me when buying a used auto. More

I explained to Roman that I was one month away from purchasing a car and I had several cars to look at before a final decision. The Manager and Roman gave me a price that was more than fair. After I left I looked at the VW CC / Acura TL AWD / Venza AWD / Maxima and Subaru. All good cars but I was most impressed with the Taurus because of fit and finish and features and my experience with Rodman Ford was superb no games. Other dealers would not give me a price because I was not ready to buy a car yet. Shame on them!!!!! When I returned to Rodman Ford Roman greated me but the manager was no longer there. Mike Wagner one of the managers already new of the situation jumped right in and a few minutes later I was an owner of a new car. What makes this experience different is that this is the first american car I have owned in over 25 years and Rodman Ford was a no hassle truly excellent experience. I can not recommend this dealership high enough. Great experience, professional, pricing quick and fair and everyone was great to work with. More
Sean listened to our reasons for buying and concerns for safety, gas mileage, and price. He asked questions to see what would be good for us and what we WANTED. We had some issues with insurance and Ken was extremely helpful in getting us to the right people. It worked out great. More
I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 crew cab Great truck! the honesty and service cant be matched at Rodman! I shopped at Jack Madden they would not budge on the price I then went to Boch new to you the devious honesty and service cant be matched at Rodman! My wife loves he 2008 Ford Edge also purchased from Rodman in June of 2010. We wont be back for a while but we will be back. More

I am employed by a company that offers Ford X-Plan and Ken was able to integrate the x-plan offers into the transaction seamlessly. This is the second I or someone close to me has purchased a vehicle from Ken and Rodman Ford. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More
Mike worked with us a number of visits. We test drove 4 or 5 vehicles. We started with new to used and back to new. He was patient and very friendly. We were trading in a 2006 vehicle. There was no high pressure sales, no let me run this through my manager and get back to you. Our last dealership kept us negotiating for over four hours. If you noticed we didn't go back to them. After the long wait we felt taken advantage of. Rodman Ford was so different. Wished all car buying could be this easy. More
This dealer tries hard but they use old style technique and not really like a lot of the other dealerships, I was not going to buy here, but ended up going for it and have been happy. The person that answers the phone I think her name is Kathy was really nice, that for one made me decide to go in and meet the sales person, and my sales person Chis was very thorough and new all about my car. I was about to buy at another dealership and I actually paid a little more ($50) at Rodman than another dealer but it was the people that work their that I made my decision to buy at Rodman, it was because of them. My overall experience dealing with Rodman Ford/Lincoln/Mercury was exceptional. The salesman, Roman Khitrik, was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The price of the car beat two other local Lincoln/Mercury dealers for which I was very pleased. Dealing with Roman and the price of the car made me decide to purchase the car from Rodman. All of my dealings with your dealership and Roman went right on schedule and I was able to drive away in my new Lincoln MKS very happy.
