I have purchased a number of vehicles from Rodman Ford as well as utilized their excellent service dept. All my interactions with Rodman employees have been excellent. Most recently I purchased a 2022 ford bronco and Jim Laferriere was my sales person. From my first interaction with him, he was professional, not pushy and was honest every step of the way. He gave me a very fair value on my trade in and the price of the bronco was exceptional. The finance folks were also excellent. Very open, honest and fair. In this age of people shying away from classic auto dealerships in an effort to avoid sales tactics of old, I recommend giving Rodman Ford a try. I think you will be very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. More

Out of all the places I went searching for a used Subaru Crosstrek, Rodman had the best quality used car. This review would have been one star, but my final wish was granted so I gave them two. I bought a used F150 with what was posted online as having 37,000mi, but when I was signing the paperwork, it turned was granted so I gave them two. I bought a used F150 with what was posted online as having 37,000mi, but when I was signing the paperwork, it turned out to be 40,000+. To rectify the mistake, I asked for floor mats and seat covers, they offered me floor mats only. The next day, I was going over the truck and noticed that I was a quart and a half low on oil and was told it had a fresh oil change before buying, when I went to go pick up my paperwork later on, I asked them to do an oil change and an oil consumption test. I was put in a rental car and told that the oil change was probably never done and they just said it was done. The following day, I got my truck and did not fuss. I would wake up the following morning to go to work and my truck doors would not shut - I had to drive to work while holding my door shut in a truck that I just paid $38k for. This was a recall on the doors and was attempted to be fixed twice on this truck already. I couldn’t put my family in a truck thinking the door could fly open one day; I asked for my old car back and thankfully received it. I'm trying to make this review as short as possible, and left out a few other negative experiences. If you are not ready to be on your toes and fight back for yourself, and spend lots of time at the dealership, I highly suggest not buying a used car from here. More

I just have to say "WOW" What service. I have a 2016 explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week my car has been there and everyday he would call me just to keep me updated on what's going on, and he set me up with a car that I could drive for the week. I have bought cars from other dealer's before, but they really don't care about you only your money. This guy has been there for years and years and it show's that he care's about the customer.
