A further delay was due to my auto insurance company being closed on Wednesday afternoons (which was unknown to me at the time) causing a day's delay in acquiring the car. That being said, I want to emphasize that neither of these delays was Rob Brown's fault. Rob went out of his way to make sure I got the Fiesta as soon as the paper work was complete by bringing the Fiesta directly to my home. I am very pleased with Rob's efforts to make me a happy customer. More

From the start Rob Brown was timely in his phone response and efficient in collecting everything he needed prior to my arrival. After arriving at the dealership he had me in and out in under an hour, The sales Managers and Finance manager were all friendly and quick, A pleasant surprise and rarity in today's dealerships. The process from start to finish was a great experience, I was afraid of making the decision to purchase again, the staff at Rodman were great at walking me thru the process. To that end I am an hour away from home and will have my car serviced from Rodman due to the customer service I received from Bill, and just the staff as a group are very professional. I couldn't have asked to be treated better. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rodman, and once again I was treated with respect and everyone I encountered was fantastic!!! Russ Hicks, was the sales purchased my 2nd vehicle from Rodman, and once again I was treated with respect and everyone I encountered was fantastic!!! Russ Hicks, was the salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my vehicle. He made sure that once I chose the vehicle I was happy with my choice, and actually offered to allow me to test other vehicles just to make sure I didn't have buyers regret. I added a lot of accessories to the truck and Russ made sure he kept in daily contact with me to let me know they were on schedule to deliver on the date promised. He was pleasant, professional and most of all, he didn't pressure me. When it came to picking out the custom parts to my new truck and Phil Hunt also went out of his way to help me. He even came out to the vehicle with me with samples of leather to make sure I was making the right color choice. He walked me over to the sample accessories I had picked on the floor to make sure he had the order perfect. I also worked with Sonny Comperchio who was the desk manager the day I originally came to look at the truck. I actually have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at a dealership, especially when the desk manager walks over. There was one day during the time that I was waiting for delivery when Russ was off, and Sonny actually called me to keep me posted. Finally I worked with Blake Gardner in finance, I had come to the dealership with a pre-approved loan from another company and Blake asked permission to see if he could get me a better finance rate. He worked hard at it but to my amazement, he was able to drop the original rate I received from the other company by 7%. I went into the finance office and was dreading that part of the purchase, but Blake made me feel comfortable and once again did not put pressure on me to add anything additional to my loan. I would recommend if you are going to buy a vehicle, new or used, Rodman Ford is the place to go and Russ is the salesman you want to see!!! More

I was in the market to trade my 2006 Mountaineer and stopped into Rodman. I met Deb Jonasson who was absolutely professional, honest and caring about my needs. I shopped around at other dealers (historically I have been an Imperial customer) and put together a detailed spreadsheet to compare all offers. I called Deb with some questions and she answered my questions quickly. After reviewing all options I went back to Rodman and test drove the Explorer Base model with Deb. Honestly, I wasnt happy with the vehicle options, so I asked to drive the XLT. Yes it was almost $8k more, which I did not want to spend but what a beautiful vehicle. I was sold on it. Deb & Brian Cutlip helped me figure out how to keep my payments in the range they needed to be. Brian was very fair on my trade. He was not bullish and took the time to explain his thought process which alot of managers do not do. I appreciated his time and courtesy. After the purchase, Deb spent the time with me to go over all the vehicle options and gave me a training on the touch system which I really appreciated. Ive bought alot of vehicles and being in sales myself I appreciate being treated fairly and not being forced into a car. I have an X Plan price so the deal is pre negotiated on the new purchse. I received the car value for my trade in from the tool on Roadmans website. I was told teh value was 13,500-16,500. My husband brought it in for a trade estimate, waited 1 hour and was offered 10,000. When I emailed the sales rep, I was told if I can get a better trade I should pursue it. I emailed the sales manager Mark Goldberg and he said they would work with us. Since then no follow up. Botton line, they had the car we wanted,at the price we wanted, but their service and follow up is horrible! More

I started to look at used cars but realized it would be smarter to buy knew.I wanted this particular car.But left the showroom the first day when they pulled some intrest rate from nowhere.We could not make a deal.The next day I get a call from someone in some office telling me she couldnt sleep at night if she couldnt make us happy,pleading that we come back. So we go back and make a deal for a 5% interst rate down from 7% when we got to the finance mngr. office the intrest rate went back to 6% and ended up being the same monthly payment it had been from the begining.I dont know why I went and did the deal, I think I was buffoled! Also the stares we were getting from the other staff because I felt I wasnt being fairly treated and voiced my opinion was uncomfortable to say the least.If I could take the car back I would. I could have gone to alot of Ford dealers, (Herb Chambers)I should have. Rodman was In the area and when I showed them some of the quoets I got Rodman lead me to belive they would be able to come close to the quoets I got (Stonham Ford). I like the car. It was the car I wanted but I let them take advantage of us. (Ford Fiesta sfs 20011) $17.900.00. ($330.00) a month.(72)months. More
