We have purchased many new vehicles in the past but our recent experience at Rodman exceeded our expectations. We were met by our salesperson, Diane and found her friendly professionalism refreshing as she guided us through the sales process in a persistent friendly manner. We never felt pressured to buy as she answered our questions and worked on our behalf to meet our pricing goals. In the end she earned our respect and our business. Our decision to buy was a comfortable and easy decision and we give Rodman Ford our highest recommendation. More
Shady Sales Manager I drove to Rodman Ford to look at a used 2013 Fusion I had seen online. I worked with Diane, who was friendly and helpful. The problems started wi I drove to Rodman Ford to look at a used 2013 Fusion I had seen online. I worked with Diane, who was friendly and helpful. The problems started with the car itself. It was priced $800 above Blue Book value, even though the car was covered in scratches and scuffs. The paint on my 17 year old Toyota was in better shape. I brought this up as a bargaining point, only to be told their used car prices were "pre-negotiated". At this point, the shady sales manager came into the picture. After some back and forth, he agreed to discount the car $500 and ran me some payments. But the numbers didn't add up. You see, I had told Mr. Shady Sales Manager (whose name I do not recall) that my bank had pre-approved me for 4.5% interest. He "accidentally" ran my payments at 5.9% interest to try and make back the discount he had given me with an inflated interest rate. When I pointed this out, They tried to claim the interest had "auto-populated" a higher rate. At this point things started to unravel, and after a few more minutes of back and forth I left. Like I said, Diane was friendly and easy to work with. But her sales manager's dishonesty cost them a sale, and any future business from my friends and family. More

He showed my wife and I two F150s both with the ecoboost engine, one 201 I had a great experience at Rodman Ford with Demetri Dababna as my sales rep. He showed my wife and I two F150s both with the ecoboost engine, one 2014 xlt and one 2011 preowned lariat. Demetri showed us all the options of both and was very helpful with any questions we had about the two. Needless to say we fell in love with the lariat. After the test drive we went inside to crunch numbers on my trade. It took a little going back and forth before we settled on a deal but the whole time Demetri worked with his team at Rodman to come as close they could to meet my requests. All in all I had a very good experiance at Rodman Ford and would recommend them to everyone looking for a new or preowned. Ask for Demetri Dababna sales and leasing consultant and i promise you will be satisfied with his service. More

Rob spent many h Just purchased 2 vehicles from Rodman Ford after working with sales rep Rob Brown, who is also the Asst. Commercial Vehicle Manager. Rob spent many hours working with us selecting the types of vehicles we needed (one for towing a trailer and one for around town use). The experience was excellent start to finish. There was zero sales pressure, and Rob helped us tremendously in selecting and finding the exact vehicles for our needs. One was on the Rodman lot, and the other Rob located at another dealer. Rodman and Rob's policy of an open negotiation (knowing invoice costs, dealer holdbacks, etc.) made the price discussions very satisfying. We knew we were getting a very fair price for both vehicles. Once the vehicles were in and prepped, Rob walked us through the vehicle features (which all dealers do, of course) in a patient and friendly manner. Top notch experience overall, and I highly recommend Rodman Ford and Rob Brown in particular if you are in the market. More

Charles and the Rodman team are not your typical dealership. Aside from their beautiful facility, they have knowledgeable and helpful staff, who have only the customer in mind. Charles went above and beyond to help me through my first new-car purchase. He found the car I was heart-set on buying and worked with me on what I could afford. He even picked up my trade-in. He made my first car-buying experience a pleasurable one and if I could rate 10+ stars, I would. Needless to say, because of Charles, Rodman Ford now has a lifelong customer. More
