Very Poor Customer Service My company bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Rodman Ford back in early December. It was delivered to me Christmas Eve. When it was delivered I did not have My company bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Rodman Ford back in early December. It was delivered to me Christmas Eve. When it was delivered I did not have a second electronic key. I was told that it would be sent to me. I dealt with Pat Ford for almost 3 months and have yet to get that key. He does not return phone calls and it seems my situation is not a priority in any way. I drove 100 miles to the dealership to look at getting my key and another issue taken care of and got nothing but excuses. I have sold cars in the past and I would never handle any of my customers like this. I will be writing Ford directly in regards to the very poor service from Rodman Ford. More

Great experience! I ,like many people hate walking into a dealership and feeling the pressure of buying a car and dealing with someone who is trying to sell me on somet I ,like many people hate walking into a dealership and feeling the pressure of buying a car and dealing with someone who is trying to sell me on something I completely dont want . I pulled up to the entrance and was casually met by jim a salesmen. He was very helpful and didn't pressure you in any way, needless to say the sale of my truck with jim was very easy and painless . Emma in finance went above and beyond to please me with a the paperwork and hunting down the best rate possible for me. In all, I walled in overwhelmed from searching for a great truck for weeks and left completely Relieved with a new truck ! More
