I had I Ford recall on the roof rack of my 2017 Explorer. I had a 9am appointment. And was told the repair would take about 2 hours. At 12pm, I discovered they haven't even started my repair!!! After raising xxxx because I had an appointment, I was told by service advisor "Israel" they would have it done in 45 minutes. An appointment is made for a REASON!!! NOT SO THEY CAN WORK ON OTHER VEHICLES!!! Thank you Rodeo Ford FOR WAISTING MY DAY OFF!!! I Hope your sales department IS BETTER THAN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Attention buyers...
