My 21 Ranger had a paint warranty issue Ford initially declined. Rachael Shanahan went to bat for me explaining the issue in detail with Ford who repaired the issue due to her efforts. We have our 2017 Ford F350 services here and always have the best service. Amanda has helped us many times and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. She is enjoyable to work with. Went in to get oil changed on car . Seen they had some rangers in stock . Mirna was awesome. She called over a sales person to take me to look at them while waiting for car.
