My husband and I purchased a 2019 Chevy impala premier from Rod Hadfield used car factory , 2000 Vince Rd . Nicholasville Ky. on 2/5/2025 . Week 2 check engine light came on , motor making noise . Catalyt from Rod Hadfield used car factory , 2000 Vince Rd . Nicholasville Ky. on 2/5/2025 . Week 2 check engine light came on , motor making noise . Catalytic converter was bad , weld was broken . Luckily for us , Chevrolet has an 8 year , 80,000 mile warranty on any emission repairs , this could have been $1000 fix out of pocket . The dealer that repaired the convertor said it looked like there was an attempt to fix it and cover it up thst it was bad . Since then there have been several issues : there is water standing in spare wheel well , tried replacing tail light gaskets which didn’t work . Looks to have had work done in trunk area , componets in trunk were very loose . The carfax didn’t show any accidents , but we are letting a body shop look at it to make sure . They replaced two of the four tires , needed four , we’ve continuously had to add air to one of the tires . We are now in the process of buying a complete set of tires , approx. $1100.00 . Rear defroster never worked . To top it all off , we’ve recently noticed a leak under the car , which looks to be the rear seal . This car only had 72,000 miles on it , we haven’t even driven it 2000 miles. It’s unacceptable !!! Let see if this dealership does the right thing . If you are considering buying a car here , DON’T , it’s been a horrible experience . If I have anything to say about it , they won’t sell another car . They should buy this car back and replace it with a dependable car . Zero excuses . Scott and Donna Kincer More
