When you later reached out, we offered to help, but we can’t address a concern when the expectation becomes receiving money after the fact. We’re always willing to assist with genuine service issues, but using a negative review as leverage isn’t something we can act on. We wish you the best moving forward.

Steve you blackmailed me. You agreed to send me HALF ($650) of what I paid for on my SECOND repair for this truck. And then when I called because the check never showed up, you said only if I take this review down. Genuine service? I had this truck for less than 40 days and paid over $3500. You think I want or need your $650? It’s the principle. And I will continue to go after you and your business until you make this right. FACEBOOK? BBB? LEX NEWS? Kentucky Attorney General? How far do you want to go on this? I’m out a total of $28,500 because I sold this truck back to GMC 2 days ago. Have Vince call me, I’d love to really rate my experience with you.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and want to clarify a few points for accuracy. At the time of purchase, an extended warranty was offered + declined. You purchased the vehicle on Dec. 2nd and the repair you approved totaled to approximately $1300 and was completed 1/13/26. Even though the repair was well after 30 days of ownership; we offered a goodwill gesture to split the cost with you. After the situation escalated publicy with accusations that do not reflect what occured; we reassessed our involvement. At no point was there any threat or 'blackmail' made, we take that allegation very seriously. We always aim to treat our customers fairly and with transparency and we regret this situation ended on a negative note. -Management.
