Claims regarding pricing, vehicle condition, and missing equipment are taken seriously and would have been addressed if brought to our attention during or immediately after the visit. We did contact you the same day we bought the car about the missing equipment and was basically told "sorry about your luck". We had to buy the equipment ourselves. The day after we bought the car, we'd just pulled out of our driveway and got the signal that we had a low tire. My husband had to pump it up to get to church. The next day we contacted you again and you said to bring it in and you would fix it. He had to pump up the tire to get to work and to get to the dealership. They said they couldn't fix it but they would order a new one. The time delay kept being pushed back and we couldn't pass a station without stopping to get air. When we bought the vehicle, we said we needed it for a doctor's appointment on Wednesday. The appointment was in Somerset. We were told to take our air pump or find five-star stations to get air. This was for me, (the wife and my daughter) Much of that trip is in the country. They said it would be there at eight on Wednesday morning, but we had to leave at nine. My husband went to Walmart and bought a new tire, and had it installed because he wasn't going to let his wife and daughter take a trip like that. On Wednesday, it didn't arrive until late in the day. My husband went and picked it up because it was our tire. I don't know how we could have notified you any sooner. After those problems, I don't feel very secure about the automobile. We're still driving our old cars except for trips like the doctors. I took my grandson to the doctor in Georgetown and I drove my 2007 Dodge Caravan. The only thing I like about the car is the backup camera. Passenger seat is very uncomfortable.
