I have never received worst treatment at a dealership. I brought my car (an older model) to this dealership to have a diagnostic test ran to see what was wrong the car. It had issues which I informed them of when I dropped it off. I brought it to the dealership thinking they would have better diagnostic equipment. All they did was pull codes which I could have gotten done at AutoZone for free, replaced a part that may not have needed replaced and after 2 weeks told me they could not fix the car. In fact, when I picked it up today, I was told I should have scraped the car. I bought my first brand new car from Rod Hatfield Bluegrass Chrysler and several thereafter. But I will never deal with this dealership again. I only gave it one star because it would not accept the review without one. More
Chastity was very rude, said sh would call next day when parts came in , no call I called them and then they said couldn’t get to it today, said Monday I informed the man chastity had me scheduled today and parts came in , no call I called them and then they said couldn’t get to it today, said Monday I informed the man chastity had me scheduled today and she never called and they new parts were in , had to call and speak with Alex to get them to respond I’ll not go back to this dealership total cost 900.00 for 1hour top of work just a little over 100.00 for parts and 238.00 just to diagnose More

My recent experience at Rod Hatfield has me wondering how they are even still in business. The service department is the worst group of people (except for Jamaal in the oil change department) I believe I hav they are even still in business. They coded my invoice incorrectly, refused to change it even after filing a complaint with the BBB, thus creating an issue with insurance reimbursement. So, lesson learned, NEVER do business with Rod Hatfield. More

No excuse for this.
