They made a deal with us. We have have it on paper. Then they had us drive from out of town for "this deal". When we got there and qualified for 0% financing. (which we later found out doesnt happen often and nobody's expected to quailify) the sales manager tried to slide in $1700 without telling us. I caught it and said no deal. And then he got mad and started getting rude with us. We got up and walked out and e followed us, the owner was standing outside. And he turned to the owner and said we were being disrespectful to him. The owner Vince, not Rod Hatfield, Waved us toward the road and said" let them go they dont matter". I've bought 3 vehicles here in the past. The next day my wife contacted GM and all the managers here called us back, and the sales manager Jake even yelled at my wife on the phone. Takes a big man to yell at a woman on the phone. We had a piece of paper with the deal written on it, Jake even said that was his writing, then looked at us and said thats not the deal we were given. Huh?? Vince called my wife a couple times and wanted to keep arguing with here. And to tell us we didnt know what we were doing and how the car business works. I used to work at a Chevrolet dealership and now work at an auto assembly plant with 7000 employees. I posted this story on a couple local web sites, and have gotten several replies with similar and some worse stories about this place. So I just want people to be aware of what this place does to people. More
Sold me a 2005 Corvette with the wrong type of key fobs - which drives some of the car functions. Promised to send me the owner's manual because it was locked up in the service shop.
