I wished i would have read these reviews before actually going there to buy a car. The sales man was nice. He ensured me it was a done deal to bring my trades and come on in. Long story short until tomorrow. They never sold me GAP insurance at all. I kept telling them i need it. They are like know you don't. Yes i do back and forth. WELL I get home and look over my paper work i was not given anything they ended with both my cars. For all most nothing. Took my money. These are the most dishonest people you will ever meet. I been reading the reviews and yes they do rush you in and out of the finance office as fast as you can you never even really get to see your paper work. I advice all people to look at what they are signing with these people... They are crooks. Biggest CROOKS I HAVE EVER MET!!!! I WILL UPDATE ON HERE SOON. I purchased the 2021 Silverado new from the dealership. I had issues with a noise in the motor since just over 20,000 mile but when I took it to the dealer, they ignored me. Now that the Warranty is out, I had issues with a noise in the motor since just over 20,000 mile but when I took it to the dealer, they ignored me. Now that the Warranty is out, they tell me I will have to pay for it myself. I am a construction business owner and will never purchase another Chevrolet due to the issues with this dealership. I should not have had any issues with a brand new vehicle to begin with. Though the truck looks nice it is not worth the money at all. I am at the point where I do not know whether to get it repaired or trade it for a Ford or Dodge or Nissan. More

To Make a long story short, I had a blown tire and took the rim and tire to the dealership to get a Believe the bad reviews for this dealership. I just dropped off the rim/tire so they didn't need to take the tire off or put it back on. The service manager (Bruce) asked me how I wanted the tire mounted and I told him with the white lettering to the outside to match my other tires. They even had me pull my vehicle up to the express lane so they could get information on the vehicle so there is no way they could have misinterpreted how the tire should have been mounted. I was charged 1/3 more than what I was quoted to mount and balance a tire. Mostly due to shop fees??? I was charged for the tire and to mount and balance, how much shop expense above that can there actually be? Aside from the added cost, I picked up the tire after the service department was closed. However, they mounted the tire with lettering on the opposite side of the rim. I don't live locally so it's impractical for me to bring it back to fix. The local dealership service leadership, was unwilling to make it right. The Director of the dealership was also unwilling to make it right. They said I was lying about my instructions for them to mount the tire with the lettering on the outside. How could they miss it when they even had the vehicle to look at? Now I need to take the rim/tire somewhere else to have it done correctly. The total cost just for one tire was over $400, the cost of the tire was just over $300. I guess I'm out the extra $100 it costs me for the mount/balance of the tire and the "shop fees". Lesson learned. Don't buy or have your vehicle serviced at this dealership! More

Harrison was our salesman. He was very good. He not only set up our phone with the vehicle but has followed up to all of our phone calls. Got a call this week from Rod Hatfield talking about if I was thinking of trading in my car. They said that they have lower rates and could lower my monthly payment. None of that is true they get you in ther was thinking of trading in my car. They said that they have lower rates and could lower my monthly payment. None of that is true they get you in there to only grab a credit report to see if they can get you into something that doesn’t even come close to what I was paying a month nor lowering my monthly payment. And on top of it everything that was priced online was 2 to 3 grand higher. And they have no inventory to have many options to pick from. Total waste of time. Thanks again Rod Hatfield! More

I interviewed with Fred which is the Gm. I got hired the same day. I slowly started to realize that Fred was a racist. He would make racist remarks daily. He has called my African American customers the N-word as well. Eric which is the F&i manger would also belittle me. He called me a “Quran reading son of a b•••••” . Eric also thought it was ok to salute hitler and claim he was part of the “KKK” . He also would call me a “camel jockey “. He told me “ black lives don’t matter “. He on top that said I can’t wait for trump to get re-elected so he can put these n•••• Back in place . I was fired by Fred because I left work at 4pm because the remarks made me so Uncomfortable. Happy to be proved wrong! I found a nice used car I was very interested in purchasing and submitted an online credit application to Ron Hatfield on a Sunday afternoon. I got an email requesting that I call Alexis to discuss. I called the number provided and discovered Alexis wasn’t even there. Instead I spoke with Logan, who told me he didn’t have access to the credit applications. But suggested I give him the information over the phone and he would submit another. Since there had already been a hit to my credit from the first application, I declined to submit another and we agreed to speak on Monday. On Monday I spoke with Logan who was able to access the application. What followed was a full day of calls and texts back and forth between, Logan, the salesman, Brian, the finance manager and myself. They were pretty aggressive in pursuing the deal, calling my husband if I didn’t immediately respond to text messages or phone calls. I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime and have never had to provide the level of information that this dealership requested. I provided what they asked for and toward the end of the day had a long phone call with Brian. At the end of the call, I was under the impression that the deal was still a go and that I would be speaking with them on Tuesday to arrange a test drive, finalize terms, etc. Taking into consideration how aggressively they pursued the deal the day before, I expected a call fairly early on Tuesday. Not so! Its now 4:00pm and I have not heard a word from anyone regarding the purchase. I was told my credit was ok. I was told I had been approved. I have no idea what happened since they couldn’t be bothered to call me or even send a text. Needless to say, I won’t EVER consider doing business with dealership again and will go out of my way to make sure as many people as possible hear about my experience with them. UPDATE: Not more than an hour after I posted my original review, Brian reached out to me. He acknowledged my issue, accepted responsibility and promised to try and make it right. The next day he did just that! He managed to arrange a loan on a new car, something I didn't think would be possible with my budget. He, and everyone else, we came in contact with, went out of their way to help us and to make our car buying experence a good one. What started out as a horrible car buying experience turned out to be a very positive one. I would recommend this dealership..... because I know they will try their best to do their best. More
