I recently bought an Explorer St From RBF. This was my 5th ford in 10 years from two different dealerships. Although this was my first time at RBF I can say it was a very pleasant experience. This was my 5th ford in 10 years from two different dealerships. Although this was my first time at RBF I can say it was a very pleasant experience. They were willing to work with me on my trade numbers and well and the number on the Explorer. The dealership staff was very friendly, willing to take the time to answer my questions and show me all the documentation I requested on the unit i was looking at. Matt (my sales rep) took the time to show me all the service records and everything that they did to the truck once they took it back off lease. The finance staff was also very welcoming and willing to work with me on the (add-ons) i really wanted and the stuff i just didn't care about. The Explorer was Washed, Polished and cleaned inside prior to me getting there to see it/test it out. Matt stayed after his normal hours to help set up Ford Pass and help change over the two cars as well. All in all, they were very welcoming, very flexible on my deal i was looking to make and just a nice place to be when buying a care in the current financial climate that we are all living in today!
