False advertisement I was looking for a car for my wife. I happened across a used car at Rocky Mount Toyota that is about a year old. It has low miles and the internet pr I was looking for a car for my wife. I happened across a used car at Rocky Mount Toyota that is about a year old. It has low miles and the internet price was reasonable. I checked a few other dealers and the price was about $1,000 less at Rocky Mount Toyoya. I sent an email and got a call from a sales Manager nemed Pete. We set up a meeting and my wife and I looked at the car . She drove it and I explained I did not need to finance or have a trade in. All of a sudden Pete takes me aside and explains there were some charges NOT INCLUDED in the internet price. He added $895 for outside and inside color protection and another $199 for putting nitrogen in the tires. I am 55 yers old and I have been able to manage all these years without having nitrogen in my tires. I also can wash a car. It seems yhe best way to get a customer to come to Rocky Mount Toyota is to put a price on the internet and then tell you the actual price once you get there. I would be ashamed to do business that way. More

Oil change and vehicle inspection This visit was a nightmare. Took 2 hours for this service. Appointment was at 9:30. At 11:30 I asked why my vehicle was not ready. Other customers having oil changes and inspections came and went. I had this problem when it was bobby Murray's. I have had service done under the new owner 3 different times and was very pleased. Had to reschedule a lunch date due to taking so long. I left this dealership at 11:40. Not a good day for me. More
