I was in the market for something fun to drive but also something that would be a good daily driver. I didn’t get the high pressure play that is so common, but Leon was available to answer any questions. Leon was great and listened to what I was looking for and also made some great recommendations. I purchase the BMW 335I and have been very satisfied. On top of showing very little visual ware with no paint or body work, the car has performed flawlessly. Leon also agreed to order a missing key that was not with the car. The transaction was very smooth, the price was fair, and I am extremely pleased with the car. The BMW we bought has been nothing but trouble. In the first 2 months have had 4-5 repairs required. Even with extended warranty which cost $5000 we have spent hundreds on tow bills and repairs not covere first 2 months have had 4-5 repairs required. The car was not well prepared prior to sale and had several things that should have been fixed before it was sold...our bad luck because we didn't know any better. This is by far the most easy going and professional dealership that I have experienced during my car buying journey. This is a family owned business so Mitch and Leon made my car buying experience very personal and professional. They were very knowledgeable and upfront with the questions that I asked, and I just felt like they honestly cared about what I actually wanted; it was a very easy and professional experience. There was one detail that actually showed me how genuine these guys are, and it was the thousands of handwritten letters from past customers that are framed along the walls of the dealership. Obviously these guys have been doing right by their customers and I was just one of many more to experience this dealership. I walked away with my new SUV and I didn't have one regret. I have been buying new and used cars from Leon at RME for over 15 years, hav comments posted to this web site, but I have to refute them completely. I have been buying new and used cars from Leon at RME for over 15 years, having purchased at least half a dozen. In EVERY instance, I have found Leon to be extremely honest in his dealings with me. Yes, he was unhappy when I cancelled out a potential purchase due to personal finances, but he was a gentleman about it. He is very willing to go the extra mile to make sure all the details were covered to my complete satisfaction -- that includes operator manuals, keys, floor mats, detailing, trade-ins, and most importantly, financing. RME took care of all paperwork (tax, title, etc.), whether through them or twice with my credit union. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Leon to anyone who is in the market to buy a car, whether new or used, foreign or domestic, family, sport or exotic. I will definitely be going back to RME when I’m ready to buy my next car! More

I started my research and very soon made my mind about a Nissan Murano. When I started shopping around, I quickly realized, that the retail dealer price for a new vehicle is well higher than 30K, so I started examining a used car option. Shortly after it became apparent to me, that even if a good, relatively fresh used Murano appeared on the market, it would be swept away and sold immediately... I called Leon and described my situation. He made a list of all my wants and desires about the car and promised to call me back if something comes up. In about three weeks I got a call from Leon inviting me to see the car. It was much better than I hoped for - had all the options I wanted, and, - what was very important to me, - did not have the options I did not want (which, sometimes, is impossible to get when you buy a new car at a big dealership.) The car was much younger than I expected, virtually new, because it just got out of a short-term (6 months) lease. The exterior color was not exactly the one my heard desired, but it was not a high priority on my list (and my wife loved it, so it was a win-win anyway.) The price was fair and more then 33% less than a new car. I was, and still am, very pleased with my purchase, and my experience with the dealership. I had a great experience with RME. I went in there looking for the car I always wanted. The car you start dreaming of as a kid. A convertible. As a kid, I'm not sure I knew which convertible I woul looking for the car I always wanted. The car you start dreaming of as a kid. A convertible. As a kid, I'm not sure I knew which convertible I would be driving when I grew up, but I knew it when I came to teh dealership. With Leon's guidance, I found a great convertible, that not only let me drive fast with the wind blowing, but also, allow me to enjoy my beautiful state. I ended up with a Volvo. All wheel drive and a little clearance for my active lifestyle, yet the open air and powerful engine I had dreamed of. I loved that the car was practically new with only 4k miles on it. I got the remainder of the factory warranty plus I purchased and extended warranty. 7 years later, I still love my baby and my experience with Leon and the RME team. More
