Never buying or taking any vehicle there for service. Service manager is a very unprofessional person, took 7 months for him to order some parts for my vehicle and my calling him every week asking for an Service manager is a very unprofessional person, took 7 months for him to order some parts for my vehicle and my calling him every week asking for an update. When I approached the owner, Rocky, about the service I was receiving he didn't care. He stated that he was going through a lot of stress, but never apologized or tried to make the experience better. Instead he blew me off for another 2 months. The vehicle I purchased was "carfax" certified and certified pre-owened, but it had a lot of components that needed to be replaced. Suspension leaking front and back, lower control arms cracked and falling apart, inner and outer tie rods loose, and more... 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle the extended warranty paid 3500 on repairs. And no, I didn't purchase a 5k car, the vehicle cost 18k. On top of all that, the sold me an extended warranty that didn't cover what THEY wrote down that it will cover. That's what took them 7 months to own up and pay for the part. I will not recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Broker to anyone. More
I had to wait over 1 5 hours for a scheduled oil change, thats too long when it was scheduled. BUYER BEWARE! !!! Bought a used truck from Rocky Mtn Auto Brokers and the whole time they assured me the truck was in great working condition and their service depa !!! Bought a used truck from Rocky Mtn Auto Brokers and the whole time they assured me the truck was in great working condition and their service department was top notch and took care of everything the truck needed. Literally the day after purchase my check engine light came on and had a misfire in the engine that required a whole new cylinder to be replaced. I took the truck back and told them what was going on and they told me they would take care of it since I just purchased the vehicle. Little did I know 'taking care of it' meant 1k off a 5k repair. After that I wondered what else could be wrong with it so I got it inspected by a reputable dealer and service department and they found over ten thousand dollars worth of repairs needed including rear differential, ball joints, brakes and rotors, 4x4 not working, low and dirty brake fluid, and the engine misfire of course. It's clear they put as little money into repairing the trucks they purchase as possible to flip it and make it someone else's problem. After two weeks of stopping by Rocky Mtn and being told they wouldn't do anything for me I had to trade in the vehicle and take a 7k loss to get into a good working vehicle for my Veteran owned small business. Rocky Rodriguez didn't get back to me for weeks after leaving him messages and having issues with the truck. Once he finally reached out we had already traded in the truck because we were told they didn't care they sold me a lemon of a truck and wouldn't do anything more than the 1k off repairs. Rocky Mtn Auto Brokers doesn't care about veteran owned small businesses in this community and they don't deserve your business whether you are military or civilian. Never felt more robbed and taken advantage of. More

The staff was super helpful and professional. They gave me a great price when I got quoted double the price for the same service at a nearby competitor. Overall great experience.
