Worst customer service I ever experienced. No communication, no accountability. I had to take my car back FOUR times and they had to get Nissan to finally do the repair for it to be right! Was told by salesman that ball joints would be replaced. Supposed to pick up on Friday, oops ordered wrong parts. It’ll be ready on Monday. Went and picked up truck on Monday. Trusted the ball joints would Supposed to pick up on Friday, oops ordered wrong parts. It’ll be ready on Monday. Went and picked up truck on Monday. Trusted the ball joints would be replaced . About a week later, thought I’d crawl under truck and see if ball joint had been replaced. They hadn’t. Went back to dealership, kind of got the run around for a bit, they finally agreed to replace ball joints. Scheduled an appointment, and dropped off truck in the morning. Called about 3pm to see if ready for pickup. Oops ordered the wrong parts. It’ll be ready in one or two days. Seems like not customer oriented. Don’t really care once you’ve signed the papers. I’ll never go there again More
