Absolutely horrible, they worked on my car 5 times within 90 days of buying my car. Never fixed the problem. Last time it was looked at they left all the coil bolts out and the quoted me $5,500.00 to fix it. 90 days of buying my car. Never fixed the problem. Worst customer service experience in my entire life. I bought a car at this location not even a few months ago. Have been given the run around by this service center. I have brought my car here on 3/4 s I bought a car at this location not even a few months ago. Have been given the run around by this service center. I have brought my car here on 3/4 separate occasions and they still have not fixed the issue. So I have been without a car that starts. The most recent occasion that I took my car there THEY LOST MY CAR. Had to call multiple times for them to tell me another dealership was “expecting it tomorrow”. I was told it would be brought to the dealership yesterday. This service location has 0 communication within the department. Nobody ever knows what is going on and I don’t get accurate info from them. More

Salesman said his cars are not going to have to be in the shop or getting repaired all the time but the vehicle I got has spent most of its time getting fixed . It's been to the service department there at leat 3 times plus it broke down on me on highway 25 . I also feel like my down-payment didn't go as far as it should have. It feels like the dealership just wanted to sell me some financing and didn't care about my life situation. I also feel like I should have gotten more out my trade.
