Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers has pushy dealers, and terrible customer service in their service center. Services and repairs are not completed in a timely manner, and overall our experience with Rocky M terrible customer service in their service center. I regret purchasing the service portfolio package with them up front, now we're stuck with them for the next 5 years. More

An update from my 9/9/2004 review. The dealer called a week or 2 later to make appointment to correct a couple error codes on the car after the sale. (2018 BMW 530 X-drive) Took the car in...& error codes were solved after leaving it for the whole day. This is completely understandable as the car wasn't gone thru by them prior. It was pulled out of the service dept. before it's "going-through" & putting it out on the lot for sale. (I basically took it before they could go thru it & correct any issues) This was a no charge "after-sale" maintenance issue. This the interesting part people need to know about.....they called again a week later to make another appointment...for an AUX battery replacement. What!? I'm an older version BMW guy & didn't even know there was an AUX battery in this car and everything in the car was working perfectly. This speaks volumes to the credit of this dealership. They didn't have to tell me or do this & I'd have never know of it...and that needs replacing. I took the car in again & waited a couple hr's. Later I noticed it may have been an electronic battery that must have been on the way out or failing as some personal preferance programming in the car had to be re-programmed. Again, they could have said nothing & I wouldn't have noticed. They corrected all these issues at "no charge" to me. Have to say, this place is not your usual "used car rip-off" place we're all been informed about. I'm very impressed & they have my trust now. G/luck! More
If I could give you a zero, I would. We purchased a car for our son, Subaru legacy from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. Mind you, the car was 17K, not a cheap car. That car has given us problems since we drove it off the lot. We have taken the car to get “repaired” multiple times since purchasing it, and it always comes back with different problems. We submitted a survey in July and nobody reached out to us. I also know of another person that purchased a car from you and has had the same problem with her car. I have made it a purpose to let people know of our experience and to avoid buying cars from you. We will never recommend you nor purchase from you again. You have taken no responsibility for selling us a bad car, and now you are wanting to charge us the maintenance the car needs knowing that these issues existed when you sold us the car. We are very disappointed and are out of 17K from this car. I will also submit a review on Google and spread the word as much as possible. More
I have had a horrible experience since I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Custom on 8/8/24. While driving it home the check engine light came on which has happened for different issues to date. Been Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Custom on 8/8/24. While driving it home the check engine light came on which has happened for different issues to date. Been back in the shop approx 6 times. 02 sensor, told it was a bad part, had 2 catalytic converters replaced under a warranty extension that I discovered (only 700 miles left til it expired-I was not informed), Chevy dealer inspected and found vehicle was unsafe to drive due to missing bolts on wheel bearings, damaged front brakes and rotors, a coolant leak, etc) few repairs were done by Rocky Mountain and they are done with me. Although I bought an Extended Warranty and Maintenance Warranty for an additional $120 per month and truck still remains broken. Defective Active Grille Shutter to cost $350. Passenger window would not roll up so I replaced window regulator, battery voltage low, battery on last leg so I replaced, volts still low so I will be replacing the alternator, and the tires are insufficient for this winter so I will have to replace those as well ASAP. CONSUMER FRAUD CASE for sure. I gave them every opportunity to correct these issues in a very pleasant and patient manner, although they did not reciprocate that courtesy at all. I must say that my Salesman Mike R was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, honest, kind and caring More

In my personal opinion I do not believe that a car dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and safety issues and should never be considered when customer service and getting the right part is important cost is not the issue if you can't get the proper OEM part perhaps you shouldn't be in business warranty brake parts honesty is the best policy if you're going to tell somebody your test driving their car and they're going two blocks in back when they've gone on an extended road test and lied is unexcusable I encourage anybody to put a car tag Apple tag Android tag in their vehicle when taking their car to any motor vehicle dealership protect your investment and fight for your rights when it comes to warranty parts and OEM replacement promises. Never will I use this dealer for anything! If I could give a negative start I would. Bought a car in March 2024 and now have had to replace the engine and turbos on the truck. Lack of commu If I could give a negative start I would. Bought a car in March 2024 and now have had to replace the engine and turbos on the truck. Lack of communication from the service department, service manager all the way to the general manager. After numerous calls I am told that this was my problem. Cannot get a return call and they basically ignore me now. I have asked for the refund of the service contract of $1500 that I was required to purchase in March. Thought that would be the least requested Buyer beware - do your research More
