*****DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!!********* Please do not buy the extended warranty offered by this broker. They fail to tell you the only place you are authorized to take your car is to Midas. Please do not buy the extended warranty offered by this broker. They fail to tell you the only place you are authorized to take your car is to Midas. Now don't get me wrong Midas is an excellent place for oil changes and brakes. I was lied to and told I could take my car to any ASE provider. This business it the stereotypical definition of used car salesman. Do not spend the money to go to Midas. Take that money you would have spent on the warranty and tuck it away so you can take it to an actual repair facility!! More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE I cannot stress this enough. After weeks of searching for the specific vehicle I wanted, 2006 4runner, I found it here....so needless to say Daniel h I cannot stress this enough. After weeks of searching for the specific vehicle I wanted, 2006 4runner, I found it here....so needless to say Daniel had an easy sale. With less than 90,000 miles, one wouldn't expect the nightmare that occurred shortly after...Full of rust on the under carriage, my husband asked that they remove that which they did...a month later, the actuator for the transfer case went out so the 4 WD didn't even work when I needed it most (in Feb). Got that repaired, and 6 months after buying the vehicle it now needs an ENTIRE new engine due to a long standing radiator leak that should have been caught on their "inspection". Head gaskets blown. Rust everywhere inside the engine. So 6 months of owning this vehicle, it has needed over $7,000 in repairs. Called to let them know what had occurred, basically they had sold me a LEMON, and Daniel smirked and said "ma'am we don't make hardly any money on our vehicles." So he had me speak with Jason, who went on to say that I should have got the warranty, he gets yelled at all the time (which makes sense), and basically he can't predict what's going to happen to vehicles (no xxxx), blah blah blah...no accountability whatsoever that this vehicle was not truly inspected and should have never been sold in the condition it was...he offered to check his resources in Denver to see if a new motor could be replaced at a cheaper cost...he said he would call me the next day...I called the next day cause I hadn't heard anything and was told he wasn't in until noon but they would give him the msg to call me...I called later in the afternoon and was told he wasn't working that day...then was conveniently disconnected. This place taught me a few very expensive lessons-car salesman are snakes who rob people when given the chance, always get the warranty, and have an independent person inspect the vehicle. On a positive note, I found a very high quality mechanic shop that I will be forever grateful to.... More
Nothing Special Dealt with Jim. He played the part of a typical salesman, did his job, thanked me for the business...yada, yada. Within miles of leaving with the ca Dealt with Jim. He played the part of a typical salesman, did his job, thanked me for the business...yada, yada. Within miles of leaving with the car, the engine light comes on. Bring it back next day, the code is found out (which they didn't really want to reveal but did), and they cleared code. Decided I wanted to leave it until they fixed it. Jim proceeds to call me "honey" and makes a comment about what was done before the days of check engine lights after I told him I wasn't comfortable driving at night with my son with the engine light on. He proceeds to storm out of the dealership and get in MY CAR and speeds off the lot to attempt to get the engine light to come back on. I was done with him, let someone else know I would be in contact with them when the light comes back on (based on the code it occurred often with the car) and will expect them to fix it. Bottom line, there's always a risk buying a used car, which I accept when I set out to buy a used car, however, in typical salespeople fashion, once they have the sale, you are bothering them. So, it's always about proceeding at your own risk. Btw, as part of the deal I shook on providing a review. It's unfortunate it had to be negative as I'm about the truth. More
Extremely Satisfied Customer / Great Sales Experience My first contact was with Heather on the internet. I was made to feel they really wanted to help me find the right car for me. I setup an appointmen My first contact was with Heather on the internet. I was made to feel they really wanted to help me find the right car for me. I setup an appointment and they had the car available. I traveled from the DTC/Littleton to Colorado Springs to visit two dealerships and I went to Perkins next door and the sales manager was rude so I went over met with them next door at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and was met at the door by Thomas and he was new but extremely helpful. I have been in the auto business before so I can see the tactics happening and it wasn't what everyone describes. They were very laid back, welcoming and he was extremely helpful. No games I just wanted a good deal. Then after the test drive was over, it was easy, we negotiated a little on the tires, they met me half way and I got a hell of a deal as they were flexible to meet what I was asking. Just working with them helps makes it easy for everyone. Everyone was helpful and great to deal with. None of the issues happened when I was there from these previous posts. I talked to the whole team and they were awesome. Then I went into finance and met with Albert. Just note that by the time I went in to finance, the truck was clean and shining out front already detailed and ready to go. No pressure and no issues at all. The vehicle ran great and nothing had to be done to it except the tires and they gave me a credit off on the listed price to help me with that. I thought that was fair. Albert did a great job, I was pre approved with another bank and he and I strategically looked at the whole deal to see what was best for my credit score which was good just just shy of a few points to get a great rate and he was extremely helpful no pushy and really took the time to explain everything in detail. I went through all the numbers and I think there is confusion on the itching fee which is worked in with all the buyers but it all worked out great and I had no issue with it. As they gave me a credit of the tires which was a win win on the deal. I did the GAP which is totally necessary for a car if you put money down to protect your investment down the road if it gets totaled and you can cancel it if you want, maybe 24 months down the road, but I highly recommend it. He saved me money on the warranty which helped as well. Lastly, since I was in Denver, Thomas actually delivered the vehicle up here to Denver for me which I was greatly appreciative of. That alone was the kind of customer service you would expect from a dealer, just like what a BMW dealership would do. Very impressed and yes I would absolutely buy from Albert and the team again. Just go see what they have and make sure you test drive it good before hand as they get tons of cars just like any dealer and do your home work. I checked car guru's and it said I saved $2900 compared to the market price. That's alone is satisfying to know they will work with you. Cheers! More

RUN, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, RUN FAR AWAY They lie. I can write an essay about all of things wrong with this place, but lying is the easiest to explain. You should not believe that your car They lie. I can write an essay about all of things wrong with this place, but lying is the easiest to explain. You should not believe that your car has been inspected before you purchase. I was told that the car was accident free. Guess what, over spray all over the front of the car. I was told that all cars get a lube, oil, filter change. Guess what, the oil filter was dated 11 months before my purchase date with a black sharpie. And don't get me started on the $895 dealer fees. They claim to back them off the price only to add them back to the price at the closing table. Bottom line, do not trust them. Even if they have the only car in the country that you want, PASS. RUN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More
Started out good, but Our buying experience started out good with our salesman, Mark, who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He sold us a nice vehicle that well suite Our buying experience started out good with our salesman, Mark, who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He sold us a nice vehicle that well suited our needs. Then the nightmare began. We met Albert, the finance manager, who straight out of the gate explained to us that he would help us out with a good interest rate IF we bought products from him, namely GAP insurance and a warranty. Although I said no, we aren't interested, to which he became very rude toward us, he repetitively threatened us with not giving us the best interest rate he could unless we bought something. Finally, he does us the "big favor" and gives us the best interest rate he has, then jams us with an almost $700. window etch in the very end, which is a sticker on the inside of the drivers door, and not at all what we agreed on. Our purchase ended up being $700. over the purchase price we agreed to, and again, Albert explained how he wouldn't give us the interest rate that we were qualified to get if we didn't buy this "etch", because he has to make money! This guy was pushy, manipulative, yelled at us, wouldn't let us leave the dealership, and repeatatavly told us he flat wouldn't print out our paper work (our deal) unless he made money. Unbelievable. I've never been treated so poorly in a finance office. Albert just pushed us around and forced us to buy a product we do not want! I'll never go back there. I hope the $700 is worth the negative advertisements they'll get! On top of all that, their dealer fee is $800. Trust me, go somewhere else unless you like getting robbed! More
HORRIBLE NEVER buying from here again. First, the car i was driving an hour for was sold right before i got there and i needed a car within the week. I settled NEVER buying from here again. First, the car i was driving an hour for was sold right before i got there and i needed a car within the week. I settled on a 2005 Volvo XC90 that had just arrived. I was told a list of things they would fix, NOTHING was fixed when i picked the car up. i had to drive an hour down again to get my center console fixed, the loud clunking in my suspension fixed and the $1500 issue that was knocking out my rear parking sensors, Anti-Lock Brakes, traction control, stability control, and brake assist... i waited 7 hours at the dealership taking the whole day off of work and the ONLY thing that got done was my center console replaced. I WAYYYYY over paid for the vehicle. i paid for it with the understanding that these issues would be fixed... NEVER happened. then i find out the whole back seat dvd system doesn't even work and that was something the sales man used as a selling point when selling me the xxxx car. so now I've over paid for the vehicle by about $2000 and now i have to pay $1500 to get the ECU replaced, i have to get my suspension replaced because its all bad, i found out during an attempted emergency stop that my breaks and rotors are almost completely done for so i have to replace those. has this vehicle been priced accordingly, i would have paid $5000 for it instead of what i did. The dealership still hasn't offered to fix the ECU issue they said they would, so yay for driving in the winter and in the mountains with no ABS, or other safety features that help keep my 4500 lb car on the road with the nearly bald tires they sold me the car with. Ill be upgrading my car in a year or two and I'm avoiding this pace like the plague. More
