We do have a great team here and I pride myself in training my guys to make sure the customer has the best experience possible. In your case it was all the bank asking for stipulations on your car deal based on you leaving for another state the next day after buying it. It took us a whole month to get the money for the car you bought due to how long it took us to get those items from you. I am very sorry for the phone calls but we just needed what the bank was asking for. Also no one asked you to sign someone else stuff we asked your dad if he could get you to sign the POA for your trades so we could get title because we knew you were sick at that time. We were just trying to not bother you with more calls due to you being sick and a big move. So once again all I can do is say sorry for the banks asking for additional stipulations and If there is anything we can do for you feel free to call.
