Took new 2019 Jeep Compass in for service due to air conditioning not cooling. Said they needed to order condenser. Then they said they would need to replace compressor. Then they forgot to restore fr conditioning not cooling. Said they needed to order condenser. Then they said they would need to replace compressor. Then they forgot to restore freon and burned up the relay switch. Had to order it and would be two weeks before it would be in. I asked for loaner car and none were available. Josh was the service manager and did not volunteer any info about me getting a rental. I asked about it and he said they would cover it. After another week and a half, he said it was ready and I picked it up. Got it home and was it. Headlight had condensation in it and both fender protectors were not fitting properly and one was scratched up. Also have paint chipped on area they worked on. I took it back next business day and Josh was rude, saying that I was going to have imperfections, that “it’s not like you bought a Jaguar”! He said he would order a replacement headlight and replace the scratched fender protector and fix the other one that was not put on properly. Said he would call when parts came in. He never did. I called and spoke with Gary in parts and he said they were in. I then called Josh and told him that I wanted it fixed and that he was supposed to call me. He scheduled an appointment for me to bring it in the following week. This time Josh was on vacation and the others seemed to have fixed it properly. I just have picked it up. I don’t plan to ever carry it back to that dealership. I will go to Wilson, Nc in the future if needed. More

Usually service is quite good at Rocky Mount Chrysler. However on this date of service which had been scheduled, I had to be somewhere at a certain and thought the process would take about an hour. I let the customer service know I needed to be done within an hour and was told that the service should only take about 45 minutes. However the process took almost 1hr and a half. I checked on the service which was an oil change and tire rotation, after an hour had passed and was told it would be at least another 15 minutes. I was not able to take my car because of the stage in the process. Very disappointed and this put more stress on the rest of what was going to be a stressful day anyway because of what was going on in my life, again which I advised them of when I arrived. I guess I had depended on what I had been used to in the service previously received, otherwise a good service department. At least my concern was addressed, but nothing could be done at that point to help the situation. More
