I purchased my Jeep at this dealership 9 years ago. I recently started having issues with my brakes squealing so I took it to the dealership to have it serviced, I spent about $450 on brake repairs, tw I recently started having issues with my brakes squealing so I took it to the dealership to have it serviced, I spent about $450 on brake repairs, two weeks later my brakes started squealing again so I took it back, they claimed to have replaced the brake pads again, it’s been about 3 weeks and quess what?? MY BRAKES ARE STILL SQUEALING!!!!! I’m out of $450 and brakes are still squeaking. I’m not HAPPY More

I had the radio replaced in my wife’s Chrysler 300. When I got in the vehicle there was a sticky substance on several places on the radio. Went back in a service guy came out with a cleaner and cleaned When I got in the vehicle there was a sticky substance on several places on the radio. Went back in a service guy came out with a cleaner and cleaned the substance off. However, the cover for the storage below the radio was scratched during the installation, and his response was sorry about that. No offer to replace the cover. More
