We enjoyed our experience with Mike Keefer of Rocky Mount. We are very pleased with the service we recieved. We did not feel pressured at all and all aspects of the sale went very well. The sales person we delt with was Mr. Ken Cheston and he was very nice and really new a lot about his product. He never pressured us at all and we felt very at ease with Mr. Cheston. He listened to our concerns and when we were not able to get the original vehicle we looked at to our price range Mr. Cheston was able to get Will to come speak with us about the vehicle we actually purchased. Mr. Will suggested we look at this vechile and he felt it was one we could work with. ( it was actually one we originally liked and didn't think we could work a deal with.) Ken and Will worked with us and we are now in our new vehicle. One I have wanted a while. We will definately work with this dealership again in the future and will definately work with Mr. Ken Cheston. We will also highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Great Job! More

This dealer surpassed any expectation my husband and I had going in to this deal. They were very accomodating, very friendly and they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. From every point, Neil w had going in to this deal. They were very accomodating, very friendly and they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. From every point, Neil was working for us, the customer. Lee was above the bar in accomodating our needs and John in the finance department was one of the nicest, most informed folks we ever met. The owner, Mike Keffer, even took a few minutes to come out and thank us and let us know they work for the customer! I highly recommend Mike Keffer Chrysler Dogdge Jeep Ram. More
