theresa and erica were both terrific. the yes/no guys behind the desks made theresa come to them about 5 times AND i had to get a competitor's offer from huffines before they ok'd the deal. in the end, behind the desks made theresa come to them about 5 times AND i had to get a competitor's offer from huffines before they ok'd the deal. in the end, they worked with me despite the negative equity i had, i got the heated seats that i needed for my sciatica pain (thank you, they really help), and i got a great apr as well. despite having to really work for it, i got a great deal, a terrific car (the optima ex), erica was awesome explaining the ins and outs of the final deal, and theresa really stuck it out even answering texts on her days off when i was spazzing about the deal. thanks to those ladies, i got a great deal on a really nice car that i hope will last the entire 6 years of my payments!!! THEN i will know for sure that kia is a great product for the money. i would definitely see theresa (my salesperson) again for another deal! More

I was insistent on dealing with a female sales person and because the sales people at the other area dealerships in Rockwall were rushing me to make a decision and since I wasn't looking for the most expensi because the sales people at the other area dealerships in Rockwall were rushing me to make a decision and since I wasn't looking for the most expensive vehicle (due to my budget) they didn't seem real interested in dealing with me. I filled out a form online and got a reply from Teresa Toombs and we set an appointment and she assured me she would assist me in any way possible and if I decided against purchasing a Kia that was not a problem. She understood I could only afford so much a month and she wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I purchased be cause it is a big expense and the decision shouldn't be made on a whim. She said she would show me what was available and try to ensure it had all the bells and whistles that I desired at an affordable price. I showed up for the appointment and although they didn't have the red Kia Soul with a sunroof, back up cameral and the flashing speaker lights that my grand daughters thought I really needed to be a "Hipster Nana" she found me one at the Mesquite location and in a short amount of time....it was delivered to the Rockwall Kia and I left there in a vehicle that had all the features I wanted and with a payment I could afford. I traded my vehicle in and while I know I could have received more selling to an individual...I really didn't want the hassle as I was trying to start my life anew after my recent divorce. Everyone that I have dealt with at Rockwall Kia has been extremely friendly, taking extra time to explain how to operate my new vehicle and giving me pointers. The Service Department was wonderful (I cannot remember the service representatives name at this time....he really went the extra mile for me). Erica in Finance was pleasant and knowledgeable but, I must admit Teresa Toombs really is an asset to your dealership family and I feel she deserves "a pat on the back" for taking care of us "Seniors who have been scorned by our exes" and don't want to be pressured by a "hard-nosed sales person" who is just after a commission! Teresa is definately a "good employee putting forth the extra effort to not only leave a positive impression on herself but on your dealership/company as well. You can't ask for much more than that from an employee. I tell everyone that I hear even mentioning that they are thinking pr purchasing a new vehicle to visit Southwest Kia of Rockwall because they actually follow through with their promises and want the customer to be pleased with their purchase. I have been working since I was sixteen years old and have been in all types of positions from line staff to supervisory......and I have to tell you that the one thing I have learned and tried to ensure is that "a happy work environment and a happy employee ensures a productive employee". Treat your employees good and you will in turn get good employees! Southwest Kia must utilize the same theory or you wouldn't have such exemplary staff. Thanks again for such a positive and happy experience and I hope that when I need to have my vehicle serviced and any dealings I have in the future with Southwest Kia will continue to leave such positive results as they have thus far.
