This dealership will promise the world and follow through on NOTHING!! Do not trust them when doing the paper work they will tell you the 1600 touch up fee will cover all dents, scratches and what not. WELL on NOTHING!! I had 2 upon sale contingent items; a fixed side mirror and 1 PDR dent in the passenger side. I had it in writing but they ripped it up and said the 1600 fee covers that so they didn't want it in writing. Well now they WILL NOT fix these items and have waisted my time for 3 months. When I finally got fed up and stood my ground the sales manager Eric called me and literally told me to F*** off… WHAT?!? Seriously?!? Then told me its services fault he's the sales manager so if I want help from service then “Drive my xxx up here, and hung up” DISGUSTING!!!!!!! So furious. More
