I haven’t received any correspondence from your facility whatsoever. You guys are well aware of what you’re doing at that location. I was provided a piece of paper to sign that had all of the Numbers that I agreed on and then you guys made me sign everything electronically and refused to give me any paperwork. I was told the paperwork would be Left in the car and when I called to say that it was not in the car, I was told that it would be emailed to me. My daughter had to drive up there and pick up the paperwork the following day. So conveniently for you guys, it took me two days to get the paperwork to only discover then that I was being charged $32,000 for a car that was priced at 18,000. And I have good credit. I’m sickened by this. It’s absolutely disgusting what you’re doing and I just want everyone to be aware. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
