Very easy to get an appointment scheduled using their site as they provide availability for the technician that you are comfortable with. For me, i asked them to check my Sync system in addition to the routine maintenance and they notified me after running diagnostics that I do need to have have a part. At checkout, they notified me that the part would have to be ordered, told me how long it would take to come in, and provided an estimate of what repairs would be.
