After being hung up on or unable to speak to someone regarding setting up my service at a north central Dallas Texas Ford dealership, I called Rockwall Ford. They answered, were friendly and scheduled m regarding setting up my service at a north central Dallas Texas Ford dealership, I called Rockwall Ford. They answered, were friendly and scheduled me right away. I arrived for service and was greeted by an advisor who was helpful and friendly. Kris set expectations up front, was transparent on times and services that would occur. He was able to clearly define what my pre-paid warranty covered as well and ensured I was in alignment with those defined expectations. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he took the time to work with me to answer questions I never got answered "at the other place." Though I had not purchased the vehicle at this dealership, I wish I had and they took care of me as if I had. They took care of my trucks first service with attention to detail. Thank you Kris and Rockwall Ford. More
This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad reputation. What a total waste of my time. Was called and told the truck I wanted was just delivered. Salesman had Keys in hand. we even looked a bad reputation. What a total waste of my time. Was called and told the truck I wanted was just delivered. Salesman had Keys in hand. we even looked at the sticker price. And we'll buy yor trade in regardless of you buying anything. we need your truck. After driving 1 hour, I got the Run Around xx. First the salesman handed me off to an associate, because he had another appointment. Excuse me. You called me to come out asap, then hand me off. After going through all the "get my information" xx, I'm then told, sorry the truck has been sent out to be modified/lifted and would not be selling for sticker price. On top of that, I've had 2 other ford dealers offer me 3 times the amount of money Rockwall Ford offered. xxxx, they were 3 times lower than KBB. Here's a clue. Anytime you pull up to a dealership and there are 10 plus sales people waiting to grab you. Don't stop or get out of your vehicle. Drive away and go to a professional dealership. If your going to pay sticker....why not go to the best, not a Bait and Switch, lying group. I've been buying cars for over 40 years, and thought these types of dealers were put out of business years ago! More

First they would never give us the price of the vehicle (2021 Ford Expedition) until we talked trade and down payment. Then offered us $250 for our trade. Then added $8000 dollars worth of add-ons. When I asked to take a picture of the worksheet, the salesman snatched it and said it was private. What in the world!!! Clearly there was nothing but deception. Buyers BEWARE! More
Cameron McCarthy was amazing. After calling several dealerships he was the one person that took the time to actually LISTEN to the problems I have having with my truck, while other dealerships were too dealerships he was the one person that took the time to actually LISTEN to the problems I have having with my truck, while other dealerships were too busy. I came in, he was very polite courteous and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. During the process of diagnosing my car's troubles there was a miscommunication of what the total cost would be, what I was quoted vs what the bill actually was were different numbers. When I brought this to their attention Cameron and the service manager Buddy, went out of their way to resolve the situation and get the total cost back to the original quote. I have been around the car world for a LONG time and I can tell you VERY few people will ever honor their original quote. As I business owner I know what it's like when a technology mistake happens, but Cameron and Buddy honored their word despite I"m sure taking a loss with the transaction, but they didn't lose a customer. I will be continuing my business with them and Rockwall Ford. What they did was right, and I respect them for that. More

Took my truck in for recall work! Scheduled the service 2 weeks in advance knew it was going to take all day so reserved a rental car through Fords website for the day of service. Time comes I show up at the weeks in advance knew it was going to take all day so reserved a rental car through Fords website for the day of service. Time comes I show up at the schedule 8:15 arrival I inform the service advisor what I'm having done and that I had a rental. He quickly informs me that there is no rental cars available with the excuse of Fords miscommunication within their system! Strike one! Rockwall does offer to Uber me back to my house I agree. I proceed about my day until I get a phone call from the service writer at 5pm where he informs me that they forgot about my truck(Strike two) and he was personally pulling it into the service area to begin the recall work and will have it complete at 6:30pm closing time. 6:30 comes I get a phone call truck is ready okay head that way to go pick it up. Hop in start it up I don't make it 10ft before I realize theirs a serious problem with the truck. The recall work being done was a brake master cylinder replacement well apparently the tech doing the work didn't think it necessary to properly bleed the brake system.(Strike three) Leaving the brakes barely working. Service writer try to convince me that their fine because as he put it "still grab alittle"! Due to closing of the entire shop I was forced to drive the vehicle back home with the last words spoken to me by the service writer "if you dont like it return tomorrow and we'll fix it"! Unbelievable!(Strike four) I drive the truck home once arrived I decide to inspect the work they did to ensure the part was actually replaced only to find multiple loose bolts under the hood.(Strike five) I photograph all the evidence! Next day I drive the truck straight to the service center I immediately inform the service writer, & shop manager that I'm displeased with the results of them attempting to perform the recall repair work. I fed a large amount of excuses and apologizes and they quickly work to get my truck in to correct their mistakes. When I asked about why they didn't perform the secondary recall repair of door lock actuators not functioning. I get told they issued a stop work order on that request and stated it was a door handle problem despite the recall being titled "door lock actuator failure" so despite this argument I tell them I want them fixed. Service advisor gives me ridiculous verbal price quote of 900$ then proceeds to tell me he'll look into it further and get back to me. They spend 3-4hrs just to address bleeding the brake system correctly. I get told they ordered the parts to fix the door lock actuators. I get a phone call around 2pm stating that they ordered the incorrect parts and the correct parts should arrive the next day at 8am.(Strike six) So third day of the truck being in the shop I get no text no phone call no status update until I reach out via text around 1pm asking for an update. I get a phone call the first words said "we got a problem" ugh(Strike seven) they ordered the parts at 8am only to find out a 9am their on backorder and won't be in for another 3 weeks estimated time frame.(Strike eight) I take my truck back and wait to be informed when the parts arrive. Couple weeks go by I get a text "your parts have arrived" yay lol so I take another day off work to get this endless repair saga finished. I show up they take the truck in and I wait in the lobby. Four hours go by and I hear my name called service writer says it's all done and proceeds to show me a 900$ bill I ask him whats this? He states its the bill I then proceed to remind him how he promised that due to ALLLLLL the issues I've had to deal with their poor customer service and repair performance he was going "to get it taken care of" as he put it. What was the solution a whole whooping 50$ discount! Oh boy to say I was pissed was an understatement. Honestly it's not the money that irrates me it's the lies and BS that frustrate me. That your service team lacks morals and professionalism to properly repair, service, and communicate with it's customers. Realizing the disappointment in their efforts the service writer tries to lessen the sting by offering free services like oil changes and my response to that was if you can't even properly replace and bleed a brake system what makes you think I want you to change my trucks oil!!! Rockwall Ford a complete and total diservice to Fords brand name! More
